Yes! All of our units are cleaned thoroughly. We are committed to making sure that your children are playing in a clean, well maintained safe environment as we have 3 children of our own and would expect no less from a business we rent from. After each rental, every unit is thoroughly cleaned of debris and sanitized. Once the unit has been thoroughly cleaned, it will be inspected before renting again to ensure cleanliness.

No. We strive for all of our units to be clean for EVERY customer every time! The inflatable should be clean when you get it or should be cleaned on site before the attendant leaves!

Our units are a perfect addition to any party, event, celebration, or cooperate event. Our inflatables can be used at the following events, but are not limited to: birthday parties, church festivals, charity events, corporate events, company picnics, school field days, grand openings, family reunions, Vacation Bible Schools, summer camps and so much more!

Under no circumstances should water be used with any inflatable that is not designed for such use. However, we do have inflatables that can be used wet or dry. At the time of booking, you will let us know if you would like to use the inflatable wet or dry.

Yes, the price includes free delivery and setup within in 20 miles. Additional fees apply for areas outside of the 20-mile radius. Please remember that prices do not include sales tax. By law we are required to add taxes to all rentals which will be added at the time of checkout.

Yes! Outside the free delivery zone, it is $4 per mile.

No, set up time is not included in your rental time. Rental times are in 6- hour increments.

A: Set up is based on how many rentals are scheduled for the day. We create our delivery routes based on location and event times. There may be a need to set up early to accommodate all events for the day. If there is a need to set up early, we will contact you the day before your event.

A2: If your delivery is on a Sunday, there may be a need to deliver your rental earlier to accommodate our Sunday church schedule. We will communicate with you when booking to decide on a time that works for us as well as you.

A3: A clearance of 5 feet is required if the inflatable unit must go through a fence.

Pick up is based on your event time and location but not before your 6-hour rental is complete. Pick up times could extend past 6 hours dependent upon our pick-up routes for the day.

A: Yes, the blower keeps air in the inflatable the entire time. Once unplugged, the inflatable will deflate. We require an outlet within 100 feet of the unit or a generator will be required for use at an additional cost. If longer cords are used it can pop your circuit breaker so we provide our own heavy-duty cords. (There will be special cases in which the inflatable will need to be unplugged which you will be advised on once the device has been set up.)

A2: Yes, the inflatable must be plugged in the entire time within 50 feet of an outlet. Heavy duty drop cords with GFCI adapters will be provided. If the drop cord is unplugged it will result in the deflation of the inflatable.  In the event there is not an appropriate outlet available a generator will be required at an additional fee.  There may be a few special cases in which the inflatable will need to be unplugged. However, one of our attendants will review these special cases with you upon delivery to ensure the safety of your guests and the inflatable device.

Cash or credit/debit cards. If paying cash, please have the exact change or notify us beforehand so we can prepare accordingly and make sure we have correct change.

Our favorite surface to set up on it a level grassy area. However, the inflatables can be set up on a hard flat surface such as dirt, concrete (indoor or outdoor) or asphalt.

CANCELLETIONS: Deposits are refundable if cancelled within 72 hours of event.

RAIN POLICY: Rain checks will be issued in the event the reservation is cancelled prior to delivery for reason of forecasted rain, high winds (above 15 mph) or lightning. Rainchecks are valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue (deposits are non-refundable). Rainchecks shall not be issued for weather phenomena once inflatable is set up.

Yes, all orders require a $100 Credit Card deposit. They are fully refundable in the event you cancel your order 72 hours prior to your event.

Each inflatable will have unit dimensions posted as well as the dimensions of the area needed to safely set up each inflatable.

Yes, you will have ample time to review our contract and safety rules once booking has been confirmed and a deposit has been placed. The safety rules will also be reviewed again when the inflatable is delivered and set up.

Yes, you are responsible for damages unless it is normal wear and tear. If damage occurs during your rental due to failure of following our safety rules you will be responsible for all damages up to and including the replacement of the inflatable unit/blower, etc. which can cost thousands of dollars. We will give you ample time to review our safety rules when we send the contract agreement as well as review all rules in person when the inflatable is setup.
